Emergency Issue

WaveTech is a very small team — effectively one person handling support. Please reach out if you hit a bug or something looks wrong; this portal is new and is meant to work for all WaveTech apps (Wave Notify, Wave Sync, and others). If a field did not prefill correctly, you can still edit it before you submit.

Fields marked * are required. Priority is set by WaveTech after triage (emergency requests are escalated automatically). By submitting this form you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Use this only for urgent problems affecting checkout, storefront access, product pages, or anything that could seriously hurt sales.

In Shopify admin, open Settings then Domains to see your primary .myshopify.com URL or custom domain. You can also copy the web address from your storefront tab (use the shop domain, not a single product page).
