1. The Service
The Service allows you to submit support requests, exchange messages with WaveTech staff, and receive email updates related to those requests. Features may change over time. Unless separately agreed in writing, the Service does not guarantee a specific response time, outcome, or service level.
2. Eligibility and authority
You represent that you have the right to share the information you submit (including URLs, logs, and business details) and, where you act on behalf of a company, that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory purposes
- Submit malware, exploit attempts, or content designed to harm systems or third parties
- Misrepresent emergencies or severity to obtain priority handling
- Scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass security controls (including rate limits, captchas, or tokens)
- Access tickets or admin areas you are not authorized to use
We may suspend or refuse processing of requests that violate these rules or create risk to the Service or others.
4. Ticket links and confidentiality
Ticket threads may be accessed through a unique URL containing a secret token. Anyone with that link may be able to read the thread or post replies as permitted by the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the link. If you believe a link has been exposed, contact us so we can take reasonable steps such as rotating access where feasible.
5. Your content and license
You retain rights in the information you submit. You grant WaveTech a non-exclusive license to use, store, reproduce, and process submissions solely to provide support, improve internal processes, and protect the Service, including sharing with subprocessors as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Email and communications
By submitting a ticket, you agree that we may send transactional emails about that ticket to the address you provide.
7. Third-party services and sites
Your ticket may reference third-party storefronts, apps, or URLs. We are not responsible for third-party terms, availability, or content. Cloudflare or other security vendors may process limited technical data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAVETECH AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS SUPPORT PORTAL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (WHICH MAY BE ZERO FOR FREE-FORM SUPPORT).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify WaveTech and its personnel against any third-party claims, damages, or costs arising out of your misuse of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms. We will update the “last updated” reference for legal pages when we make material changes. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which WaveTech operates this Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
