This portal covers WaveTech built products such as Wave Notify (restock and back in stock notifications) and Wave Sync (inventory synchronization between products and locations), plus themes, storefront issues, and custom work.
Submit a request through this portal with as much detail as you can (screenshots and steps help a lot). Urgent problems that affect checkout, your storefront, or sales are reviewed first.
WaveTech is a very small team — effectively one person running support. Please reach out if you notice a bug or anything that does not look right. This ticketing system is new and is built to handle all WaveTech products in one place; it may need small fixes or tuning for your app, and your feedback helps get it right.
Opening a ticket from inside a Shopify app (Wave Notify, Wave Sync, etc.) should prefill your store and app name. If something did not fill in, you can edit the form before submitting.
